Western Sydney Tourism Taskforce invites all businesses in Western Sydney to the Destination Western Sydney Aviation Forum. 

Focused on the Visitor Economy of Western Sydney, the Western Sydney Tourism Taskforce NSW Inc.is excited to host an Aviation Forum focused on enhancing the visitor economy of Western Sydney. 

This event will feature insights from airports, airlines, Destination NSW, aviation experts and travel agents, coinciding with the upcoming opening of the Western Sydney International (WSI) Airport. Their goal is to equip local businesses and tourism providers with the knowledge and tools necessary to effectively promote Destination Western Sydney and maximize opportunities to welcome new travellers to our region.

According to the visitor economy strategy outlined by the NSW Government for 2035, New South Wales will require an additional 8.5 million airline seats. The WSI Airport, anticipated to open in 2026, is projected to be a transformative development, expected to accommodate 10 million passengers in the years to come.
